Doctrine
This survey will ask
for your name so we can verify that clergy submit only one response
(electronic confusion sometimes causes people to submit things more
than once).
The data is submitted
via St. Patrick's Church My SQL database and the results will be
sent to the Bishop either anonymously or with your identity as you
choose below. The survey will run till 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday November
22 and results will be sent out Wednesday Nov. 23.

Church Growth: Anonymous Survey
We are compiling data to measure diocesan church growth.
